Commander S Case Study Campaign

This campaign was designed to showcase real-world customer success with Control Techniques’ Commander S100 AC drive. I led the creation of a featured case study centered on Valley View Machine, an OEM facing supply chain disruptions and the need for a more user-friendly, reliable drive solution. Through customer interviews, technical research, and story development, I wrote the case study to highlight measurable results, product advantages, and client satisfaction.
Working closely with Galco’s graphic design team, I helped shape the visual layout and flow of the piece, ensuring it aligned with brand standards and readability goals. The case study was used across digital marketing channels—including email, social, and product pages—as a trust-building asset that combined narrative, product value, and authentic customer insight.
This campaign reflects how story-driven B2B content, supported by design and cross-functional collaboration, can drive awareness and reinforce product differentiation.
